Return Policy

The customer reserves the right to request a return of the products purchased from the online store within five (5) days from the date of receipt and as long as the product is defective or has a problem. An email is sent to the email address info@nakasprosound.gr with the subject “Return” and mention of the order code and product photos only.

Return costs are borne by the customer. The product must be returned intact with the packaging in which it was received and as it was in its original condition. Returns for products of sealed audio recordings, sealed video documents, or sealed PC software that have been sealed after delivery (eg sound cards) are not accepted. Also, wind instruments and books are not returned. Refunds are made no later than 15 days after the withdrawal request. In case of payment by credit card, the money is credited to the customer’s card in up to 15 days.
