Courier Company / Transport company: Our online store cooperates with Speedex for orders weighing up to 15 kg and with a transport company for orders weighing more than 15 kg.
Shipping for orders over € 200 and up to 15 kg is free for all of Greece. In case the order exceeds 15 kg, you will be charged with 1 € for each additional kg.
Orders under € 199 are charged with € 4 up to 2 kg and with € 1 for each subsequent kg.
For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of € 3
The shipping time, except for the unexpected, is 1-2 days for the major urban centers of the country and 3-4 for the region. Shipments are made daily except Sundays and holidays.
3. Collection from the store
Please always keep in mind that your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
a) Due to extreme weather events, strikes or other reasons of force majeure that may affect its transportation and delivery.
b) Because a problem has occurred (the information you have entered is not properly updated) and we can not contact you.
Note: The shipping cost is listed in the “Shopping Cart” and is affected depending on the weight, volume of the order and the selected method of delivery. The system automatically calculates the cost depending on the above factors.
There is a case for technical reasons that the shipping cost is not calculated correctly. In this case, the person in charge of our company will contact you to inform you about the difference. You reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not agree with the new amount, or to choose a different shipping method.
